“I could not have been happier. The salesman and the new car manager not only listened to what I wanted, they worked very hard to find it for me. They kept looking even after I left the lot (I'd convinced myself I wouldn't be back because you were like any other dealership). Ultimately I purchased the vehicle I wanted, but I never felt any pressure or that they attempted to "upsell me". The choice to buy a more expensive vehicle than I planned on was all mine.
